A component of MSQuant. It creates MGF peak lists from raw files, retaining the retention time and scan number information required by MSQuant. It requires Xcalibur (including the XDK) and Microsoft .NET 2.0 or later to be installed. It is not clear whether it can be made to run stand-alone, on a system without a full installation of Xcalibur.
